Our Team

Lindsay Fried Augustine, Founder & CEO

Originally from New York, Lindsay headed South for college and received a business degree from the University of Miami. She then worked on marketing teams for alternative investment funds, with assets up to $3 billion. 

In 2016, after receiving her Certificate in Independent Educational Consulting from the University of California - Irvine, Lindsay founded Simply Admissions. Since then, she has supported hundreds of students from around the country as they went through the college admissions process. Lindsay is a Certified Educational Planner and an Independent Educational Consultant Association Professional Member.

While Lindsay still works with students as an IEC, she sold Simply Admissions in 2024 for over half a million dollars in total compensation. 

Since 2022, Lindsay has worked with other IECs to grow their businesses through Simply Succeed. She’s excited to help even more IECs run their business stress-free with Achieve!

Ryan Augustine, COO

Ryan brings a wealth of experience in both leadership and strategic planning to Simply Succeed. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in 2012 and later earned a Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology in 2016. Ryan's expertise in operational management is rooted in his strong background in public health. His deep understanding of both technical and operational elements makes him a key figure in ensuring Simply Succeed's operational excellence. 

After seeing his wife, Lindsay, grow her own IEC practice, Ryan understands how hard it can be. That’s why he is so motivated to help other IECs through Achieve!

Melanie Oberlander, Customer Success Manager

Hailing from the UK, Melanie graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BA in Applied Social Sciences. Melanie also holds certifications in Mediation and Conflict Management, Teaching English as a Second Language, and is a certified personal trainer. After years working in administration and customer service roles, most recently in the education sector, Melanie’s excited to build relationships with her Achieve subscribers!

Kostiantyn Tarasenko, Senior Software Developer

A dedicated full-stack engineering, Kostiantyn has years of experience in developing web and mobile applications using cutting-edge technologies.

Kostiantyn’s experience has equipped him with a robust skill set across various technologies.
